A Comparative Analysis of Competing Frameworks for Strategic Management in Digital Transformation

This study explores the multifaceted nature of strategic management frameworks amidst the digital transformation era. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we analyzed data from 150 companies across diverse industries to evaluate the effectiveness of existing frameworks. Our empirical investigation reveals significant disparities in performance metrics, such as adaptation speed and competitive advantage retention, based on the frameworks employed. The results indicate that frameworks that incorporate agile methodologies significantly outperform traditional models in environments characterized by rapid technological change. This paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on strategic management by systematically assessing the efficacy of various approaches in fostering sustainable organizational success in the digital age.
