Articles

International Journal of Management considers and publishes the following types of articles:

  1. Empirical Articles – These follow the IMRAD structure and present original research findings in management, business administration, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, or related areas. Studies must provide new insights supported by reliable quantitative or qualitative data.

  2. Theoretical Articles – These papers critically examine existing management theories, propose new conceptual models, or refine established frameworks. The goal is to advance theoretical understanding of leadership, innovation, decision-making, and strategy in organizations.

  3. Review Articles – These synthesize and evaluate existing research in a particular domain of management or business studies. They identify trends, research gaps, and future directions for scholars and practitioners.

  4. Case Studies – These provide detailed analysis of real-world business situations, organizational transformations, or management practices. Each case must include context, challenges, decision-making processes, and lessons learned for management professionals.
