Abstract

In the evolving landscape of management science, the ability to navigate uncertainties is paramount, especially in emerging markets. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative risk assessment models with qualitative insights from expert interviews across six emerging economies. Utilizing a robust dataset, we employed regression analysis to evaluate risk factors affecting strategic decisions. Our findings reveal that traditional decision-making frameworks inadequately address the complexities of these markets, leading to suboptimal outcomes. We propose a novel risk assessment model that incorporates dynamic external factors, enhancing the predictive accuracy of strategic decisions. This research contributes to the literature by bridging the gap between theoretical risk models and practical applications in management, ultimately providing actionable strategies for leaders in volatile environments.
