Abstract

In an era marked by unprecedented global challenges, supply chain resilience has emerged as a pivotal focus within management science. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative data analysis and qualitative case studies, to identify key strategies that organizations can implement to enhance their supply chain robustness. By examining various industries, we uncover critical factors that contribute to effective disruption management, including adaptive capacity, stakeholder collaboration, and technological integration. The findings reveal that organizations that proactively invest in resilience-building strategies significantly outperform their competitors during crises. This research contributes to the theoretical framework of supply chain resilience and offers practical recommendations for managers seeking to safeguard their operations against future disruptions.
