The volatility of today's global economy necessitates a re-evaluation of traditional strategic resource allocation frameworks. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, this study investigates the efficacy of established resource allocation models against emerging dynamic market conditions. Empirical data were collected through longitudinal case studies and quantitative surveys from 150 firms across diverse sectors. The findings reveal a significant correlation (p < 0.05) between adaptive resource allocation strategies and enhanced organizational resilience. The study highlights critical shortcomings in conventional models, particularly their inability to account for rapid environmental changes. This work contributes to management science by providing a novel framework for strategic resource allocation that prioritizes agility and adaptability.
