Abstract

In the face of escalating global uncertainties, adaptive leadership emerges as a pivotal framework for navigating complex crises. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative assessments through structured surveys and qualitative insights from expert interviews, to evaluate different adaptive leadership styles in crisis management. Key findings reveal a statistically significant correlation (p < 0.05) between transformational leadership attributes and organizational resilience during crises. Furthermore, analyses indicate that hierarchically decentralized structures exhibit superior adaptability compared to traditional models, thereby enhancing crisis responsiveness. These findings underscore the necessity for organizations to adopt adaptive leadership strategies to thrive amidst contemporary challenges, offering a robust foundation for future research in management science.
