Abstract

In recent years, the shift towards hybrid work environments has introduced complex management challenges, necessitating robust decision-making frameworks. This study employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative data from surveys administered to 500 managers across various sectors with qualitative insights from in-depth interviews. Our findings reveal significant discrepancies in decision-making efficacy, particularly in relation to employee engagement and productivity metrics. Specifically, organizations that adopted flexible work policies exhibited a 15% increase in employee satisfaction but faced a 20% decline in project completion rates due to communication breakdowns. This study not only highlights these emergent patterns but also proposes a refined decision-making model tailored for hybrid structures, aiming to bridge the identified gaps and enhance managerial effectiveness in contemporary settings.
