This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with quantitative surveys among key stakeholders in the Taiwanese electronics industry. The findings reveal that organizations leveraging adaptive learning mechanisms experience significant improvements in operational performance and strategic flexibility, as evidenced by a 25% increase in efficiency metrics and a notable reduction in lead times. This research contributes to the understanding of how adaptive learning fosters innovation and resilience, providing actionable insights for managers seeking to navigate complex business environments.
