Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of management science, effective decision-making is paramount. This study introduces a novel adaptive framework aimed at enhancing multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) processes within strategic management. Drawing from extensive empirical research, we implemented a two-phase methodology utilizing both qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys across diverse organizations. Our findings reveal that the adaptive framework significantly improves decision-making efficiency by 32%, with a notable reduction in decision-making latency by 18%. These results underscore the framework's potential to bridge existing gaps in strategic decision-making, providing practitioners with actionable insights for enhanced organizational performance.
