An Advanced Methodological Framework for Enhancing Public Sector Efficiency through Real-Time Data-Driven Decision Making

In recent years, the integration of real-time data analytics in public administration has emerged as a critical mechanism for enhancing operational efficiency. This study employs a mixed-methods empirical approach, combining quantitative performance metrics with qualitative case studies from diverse governmental agencies. Our findings reveal a statistically significant increase in decision-making efficiency by 37% when real-time data frameworks are adopted. Additionally, improved citizen satisfaction ratings correlate positively with the implementation of these innovative systems. This research contributes to the understanding of how public sector organizations can leverage technological advancements to optimize resources and improve service delivery.
