Public Policy and Climate Change Adaptation in Coastal Louisiana

This article explores the role of public policy in facilitating climate change adaptation efforts in the coastal regions of Louisiana. Through a qualitative analysis of policy documents and stakeholder interviews, the study identifies the strategic measures implemented to mitigate the impacts of sea-level rise and extreme weather. The research also examines the interplay between local government actions and federal support. It provides insights into successful strategies and barriers to effective adaptation in vulnerable coastal areas.
