E-Government Strategies in Emerging Economies

Abstract

This study investigates the development and implementation of e-government strategies in emerging economies. By examining case studies from countries such as India, Nigeria, and Vietnam, the article highlights the role of digital technologies in enhancing governmental operations and citizen services. It analyzes the challenges faced due to limited infrastructure and digital literacy, and proposes solutions to overcome these barriers. The research underscores the potential of e-governance in promoting transparency, efficiency, and participation in public administration, drawing conclusions that can guide future policies in similar contexts.
