The article evaluates initiatives implemented in countries like South Africa, Mexico, and Thailand to bridge this gap. It also discusses technological innovations and policy measures that can enhance digital inclusivity. The research underscores the importance of equitable access to technology as a means to improve public service outcomes and promote social equity.
