Abstract

This study analyzes the processes and challenges of bureaucratic reform in post-communist states. By focusing on nations like Poland, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic, the research explores the transition from centralized governance models to more democratic systems. It assesses reforms in administrative structures, policy-making processes, and public sector accountability. The article highlights both successful strategies and persistent obstacles in the path to bureaucratic transformation.
