Abstract

This paper investigates the role of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in the development of urban infrastructure. It analyzes case studies from cities in the US, Germany, and India to understand the varying models of PPPs and their outcomes. The study evaluates the efficiency, risk management, and financial sustainability of these projects. The research highlights the importance of regulatory frameworks and stakeholder involvement in optimizing the benefits of PPPs. Recommendations are provided for improving policy guidelines to enhance collaboration between public and private entities.
