Virtual Reality as a Tool for Enhancing Teacher Training

Abstract

This study explores the potential of virtual reality (VR) technologies to revolutionize teacher training programs. By providing immersive and interactive experiences, VR can help aspiring teachers develop classroom management skills, pedagogical strategies, and empathy. This article reviews various case studies and pilot programs from around the world, assessing the impact of VR on the effectiveness of teacher training. The findings suggest that VR can play a critical role in preparing educators for the dynamic challenges of modern classrooms.
