Abstract

This article explores innovative strategies for implementing personalized learning in K-12 education. The study emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning technologies, student-centered pedagogical approaches, and teacher professional development. Findings suggest that personalized learning can significantly enhance student engagement and achievement when properly executed. Recommendations for educators and policymakers are provided to support the effective integration of personalized learning models in diverse educational settings.
