Structural Insights into Protein-DNA Interactions
Keywords:

Understanding protein-DNA interactions is pivotal for elucidating the mechanisms of gene regulation. This study employs X-ray crystallography to investigate the structural basis of these interactions. We provide detailed models of protein-DNA complexes, revealing how specific amino acid residues contribute to binding affinity and specificity. Our findings have significant implications for drug design, particularly in targeting genetic diseases.
