This study addresses the pressing economic challenge of disparities in access to financial resources in rural areas, particularly in the context of rapidly advancing digital payment technologies. Through a mixed-methods approach, we conducted a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the adoption rates of digital payment solutions across various rural communities, supplemented by qualitative interviews with local stakeholders. Our empirical findings reveal a significant correlation between the adoption of digital payment systems and improved economic outcomes, specifically a 22% increase in small business revenues and a 30% decrease in transaction costs. The insights gained from this research provide critical implications for policymakers and practitioners aiming to enhance financial inclusion through technology-driven solutions in underserved populations.
