Abstract

This study investigates the intricate relationship between cryptoeconomic incentives and the implementation of circular economy models. As sustainability gains paramount importance in the current economic discourse, this paper employs a robust empirical framework using data from various regions actively integrating cryptocurrency technologies into sustainable practices. We utilize mixed methods, combining quantitative analysis through econometric modeling and qualitative assessments from case studies. Our findings reveal that regions implementing cryptoeconomic incentives demonstrate a significant 23% increase in sustainability metrics compared to traditional models. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing a nuanced understanding of how decentralized financial mechanisms can foster environmental sustainability while emphasizing the economic implications of such integrations.
