Abstract

This paper discusses the development of advanced photocatalytic materials designed for efficient water purification. Focusing on titanium dioxide-based materials, we explored various doping strategies to enhance photocatalytic activity under visible light. These enhancements could lead to significant improvements in the usability and efficiency of photocatalytic water treatment systems, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional methods and contributing to global water security.
