Abstract

This article investigates the bidirectional relationship between sleep disorders and mental health issues. Through a review of current research, the paper examines how sleep disturbances contribute to various psychological conditions and vice versa. The findings emphasize the importance of addressing sleep issues as part of a comprehensive mental health treatment plan. The study calls for increased awareness and integrated approaches in clinical psychology.
