Social Media's Role in Shaping Adolescent Identity

This article examines the role of social media in adolescent identity formation. By analyzing data from over 500 teenagers, the study identifies key patterns in how social media influences self-perception and peer relationships. The findings suggest that while social media can enhance social connectivity, it also poses challenges to self-esteem and identity stability. The implications for educators and parents are discussed.
