Abstract

This study explores the use of Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) as a treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Through immersive simulations, VRET allows for controlled exposure to trauma-related stimuli in a safe environment. The research demonstrates significant reductions in PTSD symptoms, positioning VRET as a promising alternative to traditional therapeutic methods.
