The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Effectiveness

Abstract

This article examines how emotional intelligence (EI) influences leadership effectiveness in organizational settings. Using qualitative methods, the study explores the relationship between EI and key leadership competencies. Findings suggest that leaders with higher EI are better at managing teams and fostering a positive work environment, contributing to organizational success.
