Abstract

This article investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and leadership effectiveness. Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions and the emotions of others. By analyzing various leadership models and their connection to EI, this study highlights how leaders with high emotional intelligence can influence organizational success. The research findings suggest that emotional intelligence is a critical component of effective leadership, impacting decision-making, team dynamics, and organizational outcomes. This article provides valuable insights into the role of emotional intelligence in enhancing leadership capabilities.
