Abstract

Mindfulness practices have been increasingly integrated into cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to enhance treatment outcomes for anxiety disorders. This paper reviews the synergistic effects of combining mindfulness with traditional CBT techniques. Through examining various clinical trials and therapeutic applications, the study identifies key elements of mindfulness that significantly contribute to reducing anxiety symptoms, offering an enriched therapeutic framework for practitioners.
