Abstract

This article reviews the application of virtual reality therapy for treating PTSD, highlighting innovations and challenges. Focused on clinical trials conducted in Sweden, the study assesses the efficacy of VR therapy compared to traditional methods. The results show promising reductions in PTSD symptoms, paving the way for VR-based interventions as a complement to conventional therapies, while addressing technological and ethical considerations in therapeutic settings.
