Abstract

This study explores how mindfulness practices can influence cognitive development in adolescents. By conducting a longitudinal study with students in New Zealand, the research examines the correlation between regular mindfulness exercises and improvements in memory, attention, and problem-solving skills. Results indicate significant positive shifts in cognitive abilities, providing evidence for integrating mindfulness into educational systems to enhance cognitive growth during formative years.
