Cultural Influences on Behavioral Responses to Stress: A Global Perspective

This article investigates how cultural backgrounds influence behavioral responses to stress across different global regions. Using a mixed-method approach, data was collected from participants in Japan, Brazil, and Kenya to identify how cultural norms and values shape stress management techniques. The findings reveal that cultural context plays a critical role in determining the effectiveness and preference for certain stress-coping strategies, underscoring the importance of culturally informed psychological support systems.
