In this study, we examine the impact of mindful eating interventions on Body Mass Index (BMI) among middle-aged adults. A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 200 participants engaging in an 8-week mindful eating program. Results indicated significant reductions in BMI and an improved relationship with food, suggesting that mindfulness-based interventions can be effective tools for weight management and obesity prevention in middle-aged populations.
