Exploring the Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Styles in Corporate Settings

This article explores how emotional intelligence correlates with various leadership styles within corporate environments. Through a survey of 250 managers, the study investigates how emotional intelligence competencies contribute to transformational and transactional leadership effectiveness. Findings reveal a strong positive correlation, suggesting that emotional intelligence is a valuable asset in leadership development programs aimed at improving managerial performance and organizational success.
