This paper examines the relationship between sleep patterns and their effects on emotional regulation and memory retention in urban populations in Australia. Through experimental and observational research, the study reveals that disrupted sleep significantly impairs emotional processing and memory functions. The findings highlight the need for public health strategies focused on sleep improvement as a means to enhance cognitive and emotional well-being in urban environments.
