Digital Connectivity's Impact on Rural Community Social Capital

This study examines how digital connectivity affects social capital in rural communities. With the increased broadband penetration, rural areas are experiencing significant changes in their social structures. This research explores the relationship between digital infrastructure and social capital development. Data were collected through interviews and surveys across multiple rural regions. Results indicate that increased connectivity leads to stronger community ties but also highlights challenges such as digital divide and privacy concerns.
