This study examines the current state of endangered languages within indigenous communities across the globe. Through detailed case studies, we analyze the factors contributing to language endangerment and the strategies employed for preservation and revitalization. Our research includes fieldwork in communities in the Americas, Asia, and Oceania, providing a comprehensive overview of the challenges and successes in language revitalization efforts. This article contributes valuable insights into the socio-cultural aspects of language preservation and the importance of supporting indigenous linguistic heritage.
