Abstract

This research explores innovative smart traffic management systems implemented in Singapore to reduce urban congestion. The paper analyzes the use of real-time data analytics, adaptive traffic signals, and automated public transport scheduling to optimize traffic flow. By conducting case studies and simulations, the findings demonstrate how these technologies contribute to significant reductions in travel time and emissions. The study also discusses the role of government policies and public-private partnerships in fostering technological advancements. Concluding with lessons learned, the article provides a model for other cities seeking to implement smart traffic solutions to enhance urban mobility.
