Abstract

This paper examines the rapid adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in Norway and analyzes the combination of policies that have facilitated this growth. The research reviews government incentives, such as tax breaks and infrastructure investments, that have made EVs an attractive choice for consumers. Additionally, the study assesses the environmental impact, revealing significant reductions in carbon emissions. Through interviews with policymakers and industry experts, the paper provides a comprehensive overview of the strategies that could be applied in other countries to encourage EV adoption. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing EV infrastructure and promoting technology innovation globally.
