Recent advancements in restorative dentistry have underscored the need for innovative material processing techniques capable of mimicking natural tissue properties. This study presents an empirical investigation into the optimization of 3D bioprinting methodologies that enhance the mechanical strength and biocompatibility of dental restoratives. Employing a multimodal experimental framework, we conducted exhaustive tensile tests, rheological evaluations, and biocompatibility assays. The results demonstrated a 25% improvement in compressive strength and a 30% increase in cytocompatibility metrics relative to conventional techniques. Our findings illustrate significant potential for the application of optimized bioprinting frameworks in clinical restorative practices, contributing to the future landscape of personalized dental treatments.
