Abstract

In response to growing security concerns in Internet of Things (IoT) environments, we propose a blockchain-based authentication protocol that enhances data integrity and access control within IoT networks. The paper discusses the current challenges faced by IoT systems and illustrates how blockchain technologies can provide robust solutions by ensuring secure, decentralized authentication mechanisms. Our findings suggest that the adoption of blockchain can significantly reduce vulnerabilities and improve trust in IoT devices, paving the way for more secure and reliable network infrastructures.
