Abstract

This paper examines the increasing prevalence of trade wars and their implications for global economic law. It assesses the impact of recent tariff regimes and trade barriers on international trade relations. Through case studies of US-China trade tensions and Brexit, the article explores the legal instruments available to mitigate economic conflicts and promote fair trade practices. The paper advocates for reforms in international trade law to adapt to evolving geopolitical landscapes.
