Abstract

Air pollution is a major environmental health risk with wide-ranging impacts on human health. This article reviews the global perspectives on air pollution and public health. We analyze the sources and health effects of air pollutants, and evaluate policy measures aimed at reducing exposure. Our study highlights successful international efforts and suggests strategies for improving air quality and protecting public health worldwide.
