Abstract

The pervasive influence of endothelial dysfunction in cardiovascular diseases necessitates a comprehensive analysis of nitric oxide synthase dysregulation. Utilizing a novel meta-analytical approach, this study delineates the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying endothelial perturbations. The findings underscore the pivotal role of oxidative stress and enzyme uncoupling in exacerbating vascular anomalies, providing insights that could redefine therapeutic strategies. Our conclusions advocate for a paradigm shift in targeting endothelial restoration, emphasizing molecular precision in clinical interventions.
