Abstract

Autoimmune myocarditis represents a significant clinical challenge due to its elusive pathology and limited treatment options. This study evaluates immunomodulatory strategies, comparing conventional therapeutic approaches with novel, targeted interventions. Utilizing both retrospective patient data and prospective clinical trials, we identified key immunological markers that differentiate effective therapies. Our findings suggest that tailored immunotherapy based on specific pathophysiological insights can enhance patient outcomes, offering a promising direction for future treatments.
