Chronic inflammatory diseases (CIDs) remain a significant global health burden, prompting the need for novel therapeutic strategies that leverage biomarker-driven approaches. This study conducts a comparative analysis of three leading therapeutic modalities: biologics, small molecule inhibitors, and immunomodulators, assessing their efficacy and safety profiles in the management of CIDs. Utilizing a systematic review methodology, we evaluated clinical trial data and real-world evidence from diverse patient populations. Our findings indicate that biomarker-driven therapies offer a tailored approach, improving treatment outcomes and minimizing adverse effects. We conclude that the integration of biomarker analysis into clinical practice is essential for optimizing therapeutic strategies in CIDs. Further research is warranted to enhance the precision of these interventions.
