Abstract

This study investigates various intervention strategies for addressing mental health crises among adolescents. Through a comparative analysis of cognitive-behavioral therapy and emerging digital therapeutics, the paper evaluates the effectiveness of these approaches in reducing anxiety and depression. The findings highlight the significance of early intervention and the collaboration between healthcare providers and educational institutions to support mental well-being in the youth population.
