Abstract

This article examines how lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and stress management influence the incidence of cardiovascular disease. Utilizing data from extensive cohort studies across the United Kingdom, it identifies key behavioral patterns that contribute to cardiovascular risk. The findings underscore the importance of lifestyle modifications in preventing heart disease and suggest public health strategies to promote healthier living. Recommendations are offered for individuals and healthcare systems to adopt preventative measures for reducing the burden of cardiovascular conditions.
